- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ALTINKEY AI Agent Monitor dashboard (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
- Description of the Service
The Platform gives ALTINKEY clients a secure dashboard to monitor and manage their AI Sales Agents and related automation services — including lead activity, conversations, performance metrics, and account settings. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service evolves.
- Account Access & Security
Access is limited to authorized users and is granted through the phone number registered with ALTINKEY together with a one-time verification code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your login device and verification codes confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
- Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, copy, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its software, or any data belonging to ALTINKEY or other clients.
- Client Data
The business data displayed on the Platform — such as leads, messages, and performance figures — belongs to your business. ALTINKEY processes this data only to operate, secure, and improve the service, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
- Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, and underlying AI systems, is the property of ALTINKEY. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the Platform and do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
- Service Availability
We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime.
- AI-Generated Content & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Responses generated by AI Sales Agents are automated and should be reviewed where a decision is business-critical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALTINKEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
